Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside of Germany. If you require international shipping, please contact us at zenzonehome@gmail.com for assistance with placing your order and obtaining a shipping quote.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ZenZoneHome.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ZenZoneHome.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after it is dispatched.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
